You must provide accurate and up-to-date information when registering. You are responsible for the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. You must notify the Provider promptly of any unauthorised use.
4. User obligations and acceptable use
You must not use the Service for unlawful purposes, to distribute malware, to harass others, to infringe intellectual property rights, or to attempt unauthorised access to infrastructure. You must comply with applicable law and the Privacy Policy.
5. Data protection
Processing of personal data is governed by the Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. Regarding your customers’ data, you act as Data Controller and the Provider acts as Processor, as described there.
6. Intellectual property
All rights in the Service (software, design, branding, interface text) belong to the Provider or its licensors. You receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service for your internal business operations. Copying, reproduction or exploitation without prior written consent is not permitted.

The Service is provided “as is”. The Provider makes reasonable efforts to ensure availability and security and does not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Maintenance may be announced in advance where feasible. Support is provided through the registered contact channels.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Provider is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, loss of profits, data or goodwill. The Provider’s total liability for claims relating to the Service is limited to the fees paid for the Service in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
